I love the Uptown Y! It's so nice to be able to unwind. My daughter doesn't like the daycare, but I think that the staff is fabulous. She just doesn't like to be away from me. They're great in dealing with my reluctant 18 month old. We've only been members a month or so, but are very happy with out choice!

The university of Minnesota is a great place for new students and transfer students, I felt very comfortable starting as a transfer student. The professors are nice, the class sizes vary but are still decent. The bus system is very nice and I love the upass program. The community is a great college community with many nice places around to eat and hang out.

The University of MN is the best University around, boasting a diverse student population and diverse classes as well. The faculty are all well-educated and some world renown. The campus may seem too big at first, but eventually it gets smaller as you learn to navigate your way around. With buses to shuttle the masses to class during the winter, as well as an underground walkway, the bitter cold will be no excuse to skip class due to frost bite.

But awesome prices. This is a must go to store for stocking up on casual clothing from jeans to shirts to khakis to sweaters and coats. Their stock changes often for variety and it gives you alot to choose from. They also have most college logos gear and a wide variety of amusing t-shirts as well as a lot of can-do-without crass ones. But to each his own;) The prices are always good- usually $5.98,$6.98 or $7.98 and under in the whole store.

I am ending my first year at North Hennepin Community College and I am very pleased with the school and administration thus far. The financial aid and accounting/fees offices have gone out of their way to help me with problems. The professors are educated and well rounded. They are not easy by any means and really want the student to succeed. I have had more then one professor offer one on one sessions and also numberous group review sessions throughout the week just to help students achieve their best possible grades.
Definitely highly recommended!

New Horizons is a great place to prepare and take your certification test for Microsoft, Networking, and just about any other test that the computer industry has to offer. They have top rate instructors who know the material almost better than the people who developed the technology. Every instructor that I've had from New Horizon's has already been certified in the application that I was looking to be certified in. The class materials are complete and thorough. They provide you ample time for labs and will answer just about any question you can throw their way.
