This is a reasonably priced drycleaner with a great location in the IDS Center. I had a problem with a pair of pants that seemed to get stained while they were being cleaned, but they drycleaned them again and there were no problems. The turnaround time isnt extremely fast, but it isnt unreasonable (usually 3 days). They usually only have one person working, and they close at random times so the employee can take a break. I dont blame anyone for needing a break, but it is a little annoying when you are on a schedule and cant get that errand completed because the store is closed.
