I have not been happy since our son's primary physician left and we were not told. Then they closed the Robbinsdale office, which was close to our home and the reason we chose the clinic to begin with. We have liked some of the doctors, but have had some who we don't like at all. At our baby's last check up I felt rushed out the door and our older child was recently seen with an injury and after wasting an hour at the PIP office we were sent to Children's hospital which resulted in our child suffering through extreme pain for an extra two hours. The only pluses about PIP are the "ready care" which allows you to bring your sick or injured child in without an appointment and the late weeknight and weekend hours.

I started to go to PIP after many recommendations. And I can see why they get rave reviews! I never have a problem getting an appointment in a short amount of time. They have a 24 hour nurse line. If I ever call with a question, a doctor calls me back within an hour, tops. Very nice nurses, doctors, and staff. The rooms are a litte small, but that's OK.
