JANUARY 19, 2007 TONIGHT MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE ON SPRINGBROOK DRIVE. WE HAD MADE RESERVATIONS AHEAD OF TIME AND WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE A WAIT UNLESS WE WANTED A HIGH TABLE IN THE BAR.. WE DID NOT WANT TO WAIT TO LONG SO WE TOOK THE VERY SMALL TABLE AND RECEIVED OUR COFFEE. THAT WAS ALL THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM ANYONE. NO ONE STOPPED AT THE TABLE WITH WATER, DID NOT TAKE OUR DINNER ORDER OR EVEN OFFER TO GIVE US MORE COFFEE. WE WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES AND GOT NO SERVICE. WE THEN LEFT AS WE FELT WE WOULD NEVER GET WAITED ON. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR RESTURANT AND IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE I DOUBT THAT WE COULD GO BACK. Starbucks always has fresh coffee and they are always awesome about catering to my special drink preferences. They always have good suggestions if I am not sure what to try. It is a great location and easy to find--the staff is friendly as well. I love the mint iced mocha--it makes getting a large worthwhile. If you can not make it to this location, try any other location around the Twin Cities, one is always nearby.
