Absolutely horrible service, haircut &color mediocre at best. Jan took over 3 hours, and "diluted" a bleach wash too much, hence charging me 3 times for her mistake. Ended up paying $171 for a cut and color that was promised to be $90. Do not go here, spend your money elsewhere.

I was just into Cher and Company Salon. Over the phone, I asked for the price of a cut and color. They told me it would be $30 for a cut and $55-65 for a color. I booked an appointment. Therefore, you can see my surprise when I was charged $171 after my haircut. The stylist tried to explain that she had to do extra work to color my hair. This would have been fine if she had prewarned me this would be $100 extra!!! Trying to be responsibe, I talked to the manager. After leaving two unaswered messages, the manager called back to say whoever gave the price over the phone was incorrect. What I understood: I was lied to and duped in coming! The haircut was fine, but now I feel and though I was scammed. This dishonesty has lost them a customer, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

For a long time I hated getting my hair cut because I always hated how it turned out. Then I found Emily at Char & Co. Emily takes the time to find out what you really want and like, is happy to make suggestions and spends the time getting the cut perfect. I have been going to Emily at Cher & Co. for more than a year now. Getting my hair cut is relaxing experience that I actually look forward to! I won't go anywhere else.

This has to be one of the best places I have ever gone to for my hair! The prices are very reasonable, I was spending much more at another salon in the same area, for my haircoloring and haircuts! I stopped in and was greeted at the desk by "Tom" who happened to be a stylist, he was free at the time and took me back to his chair. Let me just tell you, I couldn't be happier, he took the time to talk to me and discuss my needs and concerns, and gave me a hairstyle even better than i expected!

I would recommend that you try out this salon but make sure that you ask for one of the stylists I mentioned above. I had a not so great experience with another stylist there. Overall the atmosphere, service, and staff are great!!!
