This past week my 03 Chevy Suburban broke down at Ft Snelling and needed a fuel pump. It was a Sunday evening around 5pm and i had no idea that anyone was open. i called information they gave me the number to station that referred me to Bobby and Steve's. I was new to the area and had not heard of them before so i was a little skeptical. I called them and within ten minutes they had a flat bed to me and loaded my truck up. The driver told me my truck would get right in and possibly fixed tonight. I got to their shop they gave me a free loaner car, and were very helpful. This could have been a negative experience but the strong professionalism was outstanding. I have since refereed Bobby and Steve's to several of my friends. Thank You Bobby and Steve's for being open and always friendly

These guys are great. Best Gas Prices in the area as well as fast friendly service at the auto repair. I go there for all my oil changes and major repairs. I own a Volkswagen Passat and they have a Technician that used to work for VW and Audi so he know how to do very intricate repairs faster and cheaper than the dealer!!.

Set up Teen checking account for 13 and 16 year old boys. The person helping us made sure the boys knew how to access the accounts from the web. Our experience was good. It would have been nice to have been able to convert the savings account the boys already had into a checking account but we had to open new accounts and close the old savings account.

This gas station has very friendly employees who seem knowledgable. This store takes competitors gas coupons; no questions asked. The store carries Krispy Kreme donuts as well as a wide variety of grocery items. This location also has a car wash. It has easy access off of Co. Rd. 81; with a stop light. It is only open until 11 PM which may be a problem for some. It is in a safe neighborhood with little to no crime.

So I decided to buy a 1983 Dodge Convertible from a friend of mine. This thing was in excellent condition considering its age. After storing it for the winter of 2007-08, I realized the electric rag top controller had an issue when I pulled it out in the spring. I assumed it was just a fuse, but couldn't find the fuse control panel. I searched the internet for the location and also visited about 8 parts stores. Finally I stopped at Jeff's Bobby & Steve's and a gentleman named Rich found it within about a minute. It was hidden under a panel that had to be removed by screws. He even went as far as to put in a new fuse to test it (which didn't work). He recommended replacing the switch. I did so on my own and now it works. What really impressed me is that after looking and looking for answers, Rich was the only one who could help me, and he did it all for no charge. Though I didn't spend any money that day, I've been bringing my vehicles there ever since.

When I was looking for a bank to start up a snow-bird account, I picked Wells Fargo because it is located across the country! So, when I travel, I don't need travelers checks or a lot of extra cash because I can find a Wells Fargo bank and ATm machine! I mostly travel to see my family, and I use this account to save for my trips and to spoil us all! The people at this bank have always been very nice!

We've always gotten great service here, and it's in a great location, unfortunately there isn't a drive through window to for business. I do most of my banking here, and probably 90% of that at the ATM, but when we do have to talk to a banker, they've got a coloring area for my kids, so it's not so painful for the whole family to visit the bank

This is the only real TCF bank branch that I’ve been too, not counting the once in grocery stores, which always seem to get robbed. Not that there are anything wrong with the other branches of TCF, it is just the closest one to me that is a full bank. Meaning that there is an actually bank building not the once stuck on the side of a mall. I like the atmosphere of this building. It has this old Victorian feel to it, makes me think I am important when I deposit my check. The clerks seem cheerful where working there, which contribute to good customer service. Place look clean, with lots of windows, which make it really well lit.
