Chris came out to jump my car. The truck could not reach my car, Chris helped push my car to the truck. Then he stayed in the cold (while he told me to go back in the house) while we let the battery charge. 10 minutes later he called me in my house to tell me he got the car started. He was a hero. I will definitely give future business to Steves. Thanks Chris for being so great. You saved us a tow!!!

As a woman, I also have had awesome service at Steve's. I took my car in for some major transmission work. They lent me a car so I could get to work, as well as actually having the car done when they said it would be! A few months later, I took it in for something else and was told that it was a simple fix, and the mechanic explained to me what to do. My dad then fixed it in five minutes for 10 dollars.

After being told at two different local (right in the neighborhood in fact) mechanics that there was a big electrical wiring problem that had caused my taillight to go out, and it would cost $500 to fix, I went to Steve's. Sometimes mechanics see us single women coming and figure they can pull one on us. Steve's informed me that all I needed was a 69 cent light bulb. They've had my business ever since.

My experience with Steve's has been excellant. I was having a starting problem with my 1998 Jeep. I thought I had located the problem(fuel line pressure) and I brought the car to them to fix it. The people looked my car over for several hours and told me that they could not find the problem(go figure...these always happens to me). The part that was fantastic was that they didnt charge me for looking at the car. I was told to bring the car back when we both had more time and they would run more checks on the car. A Week or so later I did this and they found the problem and fixed it right....THE FIRST TIME!!!
