In the middle of winter our car wouldn’t start, we called AAA and they sent out Bobby & Steve's Auto World, it took a while, but is understandable due to the conditions. When they came they cranked the engine for a long time with out the car starting. They ended up towing it and calling us to let us know that they had to change all the spark plugs and wires because they got flooded, hmmm. I wonder how that happened. I was very upset because I mentioned to the man cranking the engine that it was going to get flooded. In an emergency if I have to call AAA I will request someone else because we had to pay for the tow and all the repairs.
