The Carson Valley Inn has a very small town feel. The staff, dealears included, are extremely friendly. The rooms aren't anything special, but the price is right.
My only complaint is that the air circulation is poor and so it is very smokey.

Francisco's has excellent food, and the service there was friendly, attentive, and fast. The margaritas were amazing!! I'm always looking for great authentic Mexican food, and this restaurant is the place to go if you're in the area.
