Do not call this place! My well pump went out and I called Blau because of their huge ad in the phonebook and thought they were local. Yes, they came right away, but also quoted me $7000 for a new pump. Thinking I didn't have a choice I agreed to the contract. When the repair truck finally arrived, 2 guys "worked" on getting the old one out for about a half hour. I watched the whole time and can honestly say it was a lame attempt. They didn't have the right tools and it was pretty obvious they didn't know what they were doing. One guy said he had to make some calls in his truck. They knocked on my door a few minutes later and said I needed major excavcation and work on the casing to extract the old pump. There was no other way and if I wanted water this was my only choice - period. The cost was going to be an additional $13,000. So $20,000 to get water restored! They even joked about it being Christmas and that's what we're getting this year - water. I reluctantly paid on my Visa since I did not think I had any other choice. Fortunately for me, my wife and I went to dinner that night with friends. My buddy called a friend who owned a pump company and he said to cancel the call and he would meet me first thing in the morning. I cancelled Blau, Dale came out and replaced the pump within 2 hours. $1900 total cost and he said it was one of the easiest pumps to get out that he's ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, READ OTHER REVIEWS, CHECK OUT THE STING OPERATION CHANNEL 6 NEWS DID ON THEM!

We first called Blau when during a bitter cold snap, our furnace was just not working. Why did I pick Blau? Because there was a Blau service tag hanging on the pipe from the previous owner. Figuring they had been here before, I gave them a call. It was a risk I am happy that I took. The customer service people were thorough in taking down the details of the problem and setting up a time for us to get service and the technician arrived as scheduled...to find us huddled under an electric blanket! As it turned out the problem was not with our furnace, but with Mother Nature, a bird had flown in there. But the Blau Dude had it cleaned up and the heat back on in no time flat and there were no surprise charges or pressure to buy other products. Next time we need to call in heating or plumbing people it will be Blau because we feel comfortable with them and their service!
