I had none of the problems mentioned in other reviews of Wilde Toyota. The truck dept. is exceptionally knowledgable and friendly. I would buy another Toyota truck from them in a second.

They informed me they would have to problem getting me my car in my color when I was signing my lease. Weeks later I still have no car. They ordered me the wrong color and the car sat in their lot. I finally compromised and agreed to take the mistaken color and was informed it was still available and I could come pick it up. Once I got there to pick it up I was informed by Ian and Roger that the car had been sold many days ago.
No one put a sold sign in the window and no one even locked the car since it was sold. Clearly, once they get their money they don't care what happens to the cars or else they would have immediately locked it and marked it sold. Instead of being given that car for the mistake, they gave it to the other people even though their financing hadn't been approved yet.
They offered me no discount on the price and told me I would just have to wait longer. So here I am having to borrow my friend's car everyday, continuously waiting for a car that doesn't exist.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These are just a bunch of greedy, commission hungry salesman that care very little about what happens after the papers have been signed for the car.
Pros: They were very quick to take my down payment!!!! *sarcasm*

While there I was mislead after a telephone conversation with a sales manager. A salesperson on the lot accused me of lying and called me "sweetie". I bought at Safro using the price quote provided by Wilde. Unless you are a women who enjoys being disrespected, I'd encourage you to do the same.

We bought a certified used sienna about a year ago. The first time it was hot out I went to use my air conditioner and it didnt work we took it in and thy said they only have to make sure it is there when they sell it not that it works. The next time we took it in to get an oil change 2 hours later they say your van is ready we go up there and its not our van the man looked confused as did we. So they could not find our van finally after I went and looked around the lot I found it. I asked if they had done the oil change the man then said I dont know. We just left very upset and went some where else. We will never buy a car from here again we paid way to much for the van we were quoted at a different price than we were given then all there extra charges. Never again!!!!

Got totally ripped off by a rude, pushy salesman. He did not care that he was selling a young girl, who was putting ALL of her savings as a down payment, a total piece of junk!!! Everything they told me about this car was a lie and I have been dumping money into this piece of garbage since the day I got it. They sold me a 2000 Rav4 with bald tires, leaking oil and coolent and broken belts!! It needs a new engine and I've only had it 1 year! DO NOT GO THERE EVER, THEY ARE JERKS WHO WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

I emailed Wilde Toyota for a price quote last month. Wilde quickly provided me with what was the lowest price quote in town - by quite a bit. When I stopped in a few days later to see the car and hopefully buy it - i was told that the price on the PRINTED EMAIL that I had in my hands was no good. They wanted me to pay more money. I did pay more money - but at a different store. Shame on you wilde toyota.

I went to buy a certified Toyota Corolla from here on Nov 10th 2007. I requested a Wilde Toyota sales agent a day before to reserve a 2005 Corolla which I liked very much while searching their web site. When I reached their place, the agent said that he has kept the car aside for me to see. But within minutes another agent came up and said that the car was gone. Quite disgruntled, I tried looking for other cars. Finally after some deliberation I chose a beautiful 2003 silver Corolla with low miles on it. I told the agent my budget and he went inside to discuss with his manager. Within minutes he came back saying they are willing to sell at my quoted price. I took the car for a spin. The next couple of hours went by working on the paper works. After three hours, when I made a downpayment the agent came up and said that they can't sell the car AT SUCH A LOW PRICE. They tried to increase the price through strong-arm tactics but I refused to budge. After wasting an entire day, I came back to my home in Madison without buying a car. My only advice to potential buyers, NEVER VISIT THIS DEALER. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU.

Here's my experience on November 10th 2007. I drove from Madison to Milwaukee to buy a certified Toyota Corolla. I requested them a day before to reserve a 2005 Corolla which I liked very much while searching their web site. The sales agent said he will. When I reached their place, the agent said that he has kept the car aside for me to see. But within minutes another agent came up and I was told that the car has got sold. My ordeal had just begun.
