One of my favorite places to go shopping at. A lot of the merchandise here is from catalog returns and over stocks. They have a great selection of women's clothing, and an even better selection of undergarments and nightware. If you wear uniforms, such as a nursing uniform. I suggest you go here and check out what they have. I purchased my wedding dress here. And paid pennies on the dollar for it and there was not one thing wrong with it. They also have a great assortment of footwear. Getting closer to Christmas they start stockpiling on toys. It's a wonderful place to go shopping for toys and educational toys. Great place to go for a bargain. Parking is ample.

They offer up some really good discounts here. In the room off to the left, where the shoes are, you will find shelf after shelf and rack after rack of merchandise that was ordered through the catalogs and returned. They also get some furniture in. You can usually see at least two or three sofas and some dining room chairs. They usually have a boat load of area rugs, and some nice looking ones too. Good selection of clothing for the entire family. A smaller area of kitchen gadgets and decorations. An extensive collection of bedroom decor items including full sets from the rugs to the wallpaper border. A good stop in your bargain hunting.

The Penney's outlets are a bargain hunter's secret. I, too, purchased my wedding gown at a JCP outlet store nine years ago. I still go quite often for house stuff, clothing and gift shopping. The quality is what you expect from the Penney's catalog, if it is an imperfect item they are clearly labeled as irregular so you know. The stores are pretty well organized for outlet stores where things can be a free-for-all. For furniture, you have to check out the JCP Furniture Outlet on Burleigh, the deals are amazing there! It's no frills and delivery is bribing your friend with a pick-up truck or renting a U-haul, but you can save hundreds of dollars on good furniture that was in the catalog.

What could be better? JC Penny carries such a vast assortment of goods as it is, and now you can outlet shop. Wish I would have found this place years ago. But happy I found it when I did. They carry mostly the items from the catalog that were either sent back or discontinued. I found my wedding dress here, for a REAL bargain. And continue to shop here for excellent goods. Such as pieced quilt bedding ensembles for about 80% off list prices. They carry clothing, bedding, toys, housewares, rugs, shoes, a limited amount of furniture. Clothing in all sizes. They also carry a wide variety of nurse style uniforms at excellent prices.
