I LOVE THIS STORE. I BOUGHT THE FURNITURE OF MY DREAMS. I HAD SEEN A BEAUTIFUL DINING ROOM SET AT TADYSCH FURNITURE ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO FOR MORE THAN $10,000. I FOUND THE SAME SET AT BILTRITE FOR LESS THAN $5,000, RECEIVED MY SPECIAL ORDER IN FOUR WEEKS AND HAVE THREE YEARS TO PAY! MY SALESPERSON MAUREEN WAS A FAMILY MEMBER WHO HAD EVEN BEEN TO THE FACTORY AND WAS SO FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FULL OF ENTHUSIASM AND MADE IT REALLY FUN TO MAKE MY PURCHASE. I ALSO BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL SOFA AND BEDROOM SET. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND RECOMMEND THE STORE TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS. I love this store. I had shopped everywhwere at the big stores like Steinhaffels, American, Colders, Ashley and wanted to find an American made bedroom set. Most of these other stores told me there was no such thing, and all I saw was junk at high prices. Then my friend at work told me to go to biltrite. I always thought they had unfinished furniture or something. Was I in for a surprise. From the time I came in the door and was greeted by a friendly women who was helpful and invited me to just look around, I could see this was my furniture store for everything I need. They had a lot of great quality bedroom sets made in America that you could tell where well made and terrific prices. It was hard to make a choice because I liked three different sets, and they had a real sale that applied to EVERYTHING IN THE STORE, WITH GREAT FINANCING OPTIONS. The salesperson was helpful, not pushy, and the delivery people were the best I have every seen. Anyone needing furniture should definitely go to Biltrite first. Save your gas and time by not going anywhere else. I saw that they also had great living room furniture, and dining room furniture, including Amish furniture ALL ON SALE!!!! WE SHOULD ALL SUPPORT A LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS LIKE THIS SO WE HAVE AMERICAN OPTIONS IN THE FURNITURE. I EVEN MET ONE OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HANDS ON. GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT FURNITURE GREAT PRICES. i GIVE IT A FIVE STAR RATING.

My family has shopped at Biltrite as long as I remember, and now that I have my own home and have shopped at all of the other stores, I understand why. They had really nice quality furniture at great prices. They had styles I did not see anywhere else in a very easy to shop store. There are not a lot of fancy displays, and accessories for sale. Just great furniture. Other stores told me there was no furniture made in America, and at Biltrite I saw American flags to designate that furniture is made in America on most of the items. The store even smelled great like fresh wood. Salesperson was nice and very knowledgeable and not push. Delivery men were spectacular..careful, respectful of my home and nice. I love this store as much as my grandparents and parents did. Same family has owned and run the store for 80 years. We should all support such a great local business that supports American factories.

I decided to go to Bilt-Rite for the first time. I stopped through when going home from work. The store is well kept, and the people are friendly... however, i felt a little pressured by the sales staff and immediately put money down on an item that interested me. I was asked when i wanted to take delivery of the item, and i stated i could probably pick it up the next day. well... a couple things came up that i did not have planned, so i immediately called Bilt-Rite's service department to explain that i might not get down there that night, and if i could not, i would definately be there the following day. Then the person I spoke to was rude about me not picking up the set THAT DAY. I told her it was something that came up and I could not help it. The tone and rudeness almost made me go back immediately that night and demand my money back. Anyway, i got all my things caught up and ran down to Bilt-Rite to pick up my furniture the day i was originally scheduled. It wasn't suprising that when I asked for the person i spoke to earlier that day .... NOBODY KNEW WHO IT MIGHT BE. ???? well... whatever. i asked the person at the service counter to find out who the person was that called me about my furniture pickup because i still wanted to file a complaint. Almost forgot... during this conversation on the phone, this person also hung up on me, without saying goodbye. So after i get my furniture home, i get a call from a women who seemed concerned and apologetic about my experience and the fact i was treated that way. She listened to my rant, and thanked me for my business, but to this day she or anyone else has provided me with the name of the service person who treated me so rudely on the phone. I like apologies, but not being assertive about going after the person that is treating their customers like crap has just turned me off to buy anymore furniture at Bilt-Rite. My

We purchased two captains beds and nightstands and a sleigh bed. All items arrived in a timely fashion on the delivery date and were set up for us. A couple days later I noticed the finish on the sleigh bed had been damaged. I called the company and although they wouldn't replace the bed frame they did send a specialist to the house to repair the finish. he did a fine job and if you didn't know where the damage was you couldn't find the area.
