West Allis Floral is where the wife prefers me to go for my dog house flowers. (You know the kind guys!).
She swears the flowers live longer, and I think they do too. Though I don't know a heck of a lot about flowers.
The people there are nice, and actually know me by name at this point of my marriage. lol
Lots to choose from. They have fresh cut flowers and live plants. Along with dried arraingements and silks.

Anyways. They do have wonderful florals. Good prices too. But the best part is the service you get. The gals are wonderful and treat you like you are their number one customer. Some of the best service around.
Now, while you are in there... go back to the candle room.. it's near the back where they make your arraingements up at. The candles back there.. Oh my goodness. They are wonderful.
You can smell them when you walk in the door even.
If you are looking for some good smells.. this is the place to get a nose full at.

Nice family owned place...
This is a great center for all of your garden needs. They have a really nice florists department... also a nice selection of plants and other landscaping needs.
They even do landscaping themselves. The work that I've seen is really good. This garden center is centrally located. Customer service is wonderful too.

As the mum of a VERY active 4 year old, slowly browsing flower ships and gift shops is a pastime I've put on hold the past few years. But yesterday I was out with friends who wanted to stop in The Flower Lady in Hartland, and it is the rediscovered favorite flower shop of my daughter and I. Aside from the fact that they are one of my favorite florists for their fresh and always beautiful arrangements; (I've been ordering arrangements for friends and family on the west side from them for over a decade) they have wonderful gift items -- particularly at Christmas. Very light-hearted in their approach; both in merchandise and in their treatment of customers. When my daughter wanted to go up and down their stairs their comment "oh, don't worry, every child who comes in here needs to see what's happening downstairs"; they also gave her a carnation in a tube of water to help her get it home safely (and then, another). I did not make a purchase yesterday, although both of the women I was shopping with did; but when I've got the need -- they'll be my first stop!

Located on Brown Deer Road just east of Port Washington, this is the only garden center in the area. They have a great variety of indoor plants, bushes, trees, shrubs, plants and vegetables in the spring and summer. They also carry seasonal items such as pumpkins and Christmas trees. Prices are decent.

Chamberlain's Flower & Gift Shop is a nice stop also for getting out of the dog house....or preventing yourself from getting in it.
I have been here a few times in the past.
One time I had a dozen roses delivered to both my wife and my mother in law. They arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. They were both really impressed with the flowers and vases.
Very good service at a fair price.
