I have had great experiences with the Dodge Dealership in Colorado where I purchased the truck. It was a huge mistake to assume I would get similar service at Dodge City South in Milwaukee.
I went in to have the hitch assembly replaced and decided to also have basic maintenance done by the service department before I made the 1000 mile drive to Colorado.
I picked up my truck, and on my way back to downtown Milwaukee MY RIGHT REAR WHEEL FELL OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY! Luckily I had slowed down to around 50mph as I entered downtown. I was fortunate not be involved in a major accident as I was traveling at 65-70mph just minutes earlier.
When the truck was repaired (new rear wheel, new brake rotor, new wheel studs, etc...) I returned to Dodge City South to pick it up. The manager of the service department seemed to think that fixing the damage they did to my truck was enough and had no intention of even offering to refund the money I paid to have their incompetant mechanic work on my truck. He eventually reluctantly gave me $100 which was a less than what the services cost.
Months later later I took my truck to the dealership in Colorado for it's next service to have the tires rotated again. Apparently the incompetant mechanics at Dodge City overtightened the lugs so much that the guys at the Colorado dealership had to drill out my lug nuts and wheel studs to get the wheels off. This cost $300.
I sent a certified letter to, John Dunk, the General Manager of Dodge City, asking for them to cover the $300. I enclosed all the receipts showing the work done by both dealerships. DODGE CITY SOUTH NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND.
The people at Dodge City are incompetant, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
Pros: None
Cons: Incompetant mechanics, rude managers, unprofessional practices

The service department changed my oil, filter, did a tire rotation, etc... I had slowed down to around 50mph. Just minutes earlier I was traveling at 70mph with cars all around me. I was fortunate not be involved in a major accident that could have seriously injured or killed me or other people. While I was stuck on the ramp overlooking downtown, holding up traffic, I called Dodge city and they dispatched a tow truck. A police officer eventually drove by and helped me safely retreive my rear wheel from across the highway. When the truck was repaired (new rear wheel, new brake rotor, new wheel studs, etc...) I returned to Dodge City thinking they would do something to make me feel better about the fact their negligence could have killed me. The manager of the service department seemed to think that fixing the damage they did to my truck was enough. Don't buy anything without stopping here first. We made a fantastic deal on a new van and received a great price on our trade-in. For a new or used car, I recommend you talk to salesman Jim Hoeft, he worked with us to order a van. When Dodge cancelled the order unexpectedly he search dealerships throughout in 3 states to find just what we wanted. He goes above and beyond for the customer and brought-home our great price.

When I say that this is a 5-star Chrysler Dealership, that's in Chrysler's opinion - not mine. I would give them 4-stars. The building is extremely clean, inside and out. The waiting time is about average. They can handle many cars at once (for repair). They have a big board which posts the prices of everybody's work for that day. It's nice if you like to see if you're getting the best price. I'd say their prices are around average to good. If you have a coupon or deal somewhere else, you might be able to get a better price elsewhere. The quality of their work is good.
PROS: Quality Service Techs
CONS: Average Price
