Pros: Owner was nice before I took the SUV in for service.
Cons:
1. Owner promised SUV would be done for $2,500-$3,000. Ended up being $3,300. (that's minor, but annoying)
2. They damaged my exhaust and misrouted various vacuum lines causing my 4-wheel drive system to malfunction. They lied to me about doing this.
3. When I picked up my car, it stunk inside like BO and Grease. It was also filthy inside and out like they drove around it it for their personal car.
4. The rebuilt transmission malfunctioned immediately and they said that it was normal. (it shifted EXTREMELY hard into Reverse, first and third.) They said that I had to drive it around and it would soften up. I knew this wasn't right, but I played along. This never worked and I had to bring it back (this time it was the 4th time bringing it back)
5. I ended up having to take it back to a Toyota dealer where they showed me the damage they did to the exhaust, 4x4 system, and didn't bother to re-initialize the transmission (something a transmission shop should know) It cost me $350 to have Toyota fix what Badger Transmission did.
6. I took my SUV back to them to attempt to fix it the 6th time (Toyota said it was likely not rebuilt properly). Each time, they treated me like it was my fault and I was a difficult customer. It ended up that they did not re-assemble the transmission properly, and admitted that they put some parts back in backwards. They couldn't really deny it.
7. Today, my transmission leaks, still shifts poorly, and now I have various lights on my dash.
8. My SUV has a large scratch in the bumper now from it's 6th visit with them.
Even though it's still not fixed, I will not bring it back to let them continue to do harm to my car and waste my time.
As a business owner, I know that mistakes can happen, but when the owner of the business acts snaky and chooses to lie, that's just unacceptable.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I can't say it enough.
Pros: owner will entice you to do business (nice in the beginning)
Cons: Worst service ever, incompetent, ends up being expensive, never meets promises, lies

We had several dealings with Abra and they fixed our vehicles like new. We had no problems with them, all the dings were out, paint matched and parts were replaced. The only issue was that the manufacture delayed shipment of a part for Abra to use for replacement on our vehicle. They were friendly, informative and on time with everything that was within their control. We would recommend them again.

We've been going to this store while it's changed hands 4 times. The staff is often the same people as had worked there when it had another name - until recently.
Often, the staff hasn't been able to find parts because they don't understand their own computer system (where it would take 10 seconds to find it).
They have limited stock items in some parts - *very limited on vehicles older than 15 years.
PROS: Competetive prices, pretty good stock
CONS: Definitely need to train the staff better

We regularly take my husbands prized posession to Alarmtronics (on 84th Street) for stereo, alarm, etc work. They are great! They go above and beyond your expectations and even fixed a piece on my husbands door that makes the light go on without charging us. It may have only been a $5 part but it was such a surprise for them to say "we saw it was broke so we went ahead and took care of it". I think they are great!

I had went into Andrew Chev. in Dec. of 08 to look at the year end clearance event that they had. During my visit I had talked to a salesperson, but was not able to reach the deal that I was looking for, Upon exiting the store the person from G.M. they tell me was in from Chicago had stoped me and offered to sweeten the deal with a $250.00 food rebate and @$800.00 in gas rebates. It sounded good and we went ahead and purchassed a new truck. Upon registering for the rebates it was learned that you have to redeam your gas receipts every month for a min of $100.00 to receive a $25.00 gas card per month, OK I can deal with that. We sent our first month worth of receipts only to have them returned to us (delivery refused) I called the number (Disconnected) went back on their web site and found an alternate number (Disconnected) Contacted ANDREW Chev. and they acted like they knew nothing about it until I started to request to talk to the manager. Then all of a sudden they gave me another number to call when I got home, upon calling that number I got a recording to visit (Gasilineredemptionresolution) Went there to find out that the rebate company filed for CHAPTER 11 in NOV. of 2008!!! Andrew knew they were luring buyers in with junk rebates. I had went back there to talk to one of the owners only to be told (If the rebates anr not a writen part of your contract then there is nothing we can do) Another words we F___ed you Deal With It!!! They would not even replace the rebate with one that is current rather then bankrupt. Beware of Andrew Chev. The bottom line is we purchassed the truck on Dec. 27, 2008 and the Gasoline rebate company that they were they were offering certs for had alreeady gone bankrupt in Nov. They knew the S--T was no good!!! Just a bunch of BS. Dont Trust ANDREW CHEV.
Pros: Nice Salesperson and good attitude until the sale is over
Cons: Missrepresent what they are offering the buyer

Just purchased my second Hyundai from this great dealership in the past two years. Can't say enough about this operation. Easy to work with and very professional. Great service department, repairs done in a timely manner and done right the first time. Currently own an 06 Sonata LX and now a 07 Azera. Great automobiles. Check this dealer out as well as its vehicles when car shopping.
