I recently bought a used vehicle at Piercey and was completely impressed with how they treated me. My transaction was handled quickly and efficiently and my car was immaculate when I picked it up and had a full tank of gas. Annette in the Finance office was particularly helpful.

I come into PTO, and there's Phil. Very no-nonsense, straight forward and direct.
If you're one of these folks that have watched their first customer service video, and expect the same here, it's not going to happen. Phil does not give a sales pitch, song and dance, or kisses butt. He's great and making sure your car is serviced correctly, you have a great deal, and that you're on the road in one piece.
i've been going there for 6 years, and have watched the sensitive, touchy-feely types become easily intimidated with Phil's direct answers and fast pace. All i can say is, when those folks walk away looking for fluffery, usually 2-3 other folks are there to take their place. and i'm one of them. Great job guys!!

My parents like this auto shop because the operators speak Mandarin Chinese, which is their native language. They also appreciate the price of the services, which is usually lower than the dealership or other auto repair shops. I always see lots of cars in for repairs or waiting for their owners to pick up.

This car wash is also convenient because it is located on a major road in Milpitas, Jacklin Rd. It is close to the 680 Freeway. The car wash is moderately priced and there is usually no wait. This station also offers a big discount on a quickie wash with a purchase of a full tank of gas. It just takes ten minutes or so.

My husband usually changes the oil himself regularly on all of our cars, so it is great to have a place like Kragen's near home. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and the best thing is that they sometimes offer rebates on items like oil filters, motor oil, etc. so you end up saving a few dollars here and there. Kragen also offers a very convenient service here of accepting used motor oil from customers. This is a wonderful resource to have in the community so you don't have to stress out about where you are going to dispose of your used motor oil.

This place is extremely spacious and offers a wide variety of bikes. The first time I walked in, I was overwhelmed with all the bikes that was on display. I was hoping to come in to buy some accessories, but was disappointed with their inventory. Not only that, but their prices were about 10% higher than other competitive stores. It was their grand opening, too, so I expected things to be a little cheaper, but was quite disappointed.
PROS: Great assortment of bikes
CONS: Not very good competitive pricing

I used to work right next to these guys, this is a import tuner-type car mod shop. Kids that work there are very passionate about their work.
Anyways, I needed new tires for my IS and the dealership was going to charge me $1100 for four. Instead I went to these guys and they scoped out some new tires that were affordable and durable. They don't do tire alignment though, the garage is too small for that.
