Nordstrom is famous for their excellent service and this store is no exception. There is always someone right there to help you find what you need and they are always freindly and polite. The clothing is mostly higher end with price tags to match but you can get some decent deals if you shop the sales. The store is spacious with plenty of room to maneuver around displays and even on busy days it doesn't seem hectic and crowded. The only music you hear is either live piano music performed on the third floor or recorded piano music. This is a big plus for me---much nicer than what most stores pipe over their systems at high volume.

Nordstrom is the best Customer Service retail store in the country. Although the store is generally expensive, it makes up for price with quality and customer service. The sales associates are super friendly and will go out of their way to find you what you're looking for. If they don't have any items in stock, they will even offer to find them and ship them to your door. Returns are never a problem at Nordstrom, even when you lose your receipt. Every item they sell is gift coded. Plus there is no time limit for returns! This store rocks!
