This is an excellent gym with plenty of machines in a spacious building. There is plenty of entertainment as you workout, with LCDs and a remote control for each cardio machine, and TV's playing music videos stationed throughout the gym. The staff is very friendly and keeps the gym very clean. From heavy lifters to someone just looking to stay in shape, this gym has what you need.
