I have been going here over 10 years{started in high school, through college and now as a professional} and I have to say, I have always been happy.I have had a few different stylists and I do have my favorites but they all are up to par. They train the girls and encourage them to keep up with the newest styles and are always up for giving me a change when I request it. I have tried other salons while away in college but with a few bad experiences I realized I should just make the trip to Milford. Keep up the good work!

I just visited this salon today and Patty was my stylist and she did a great job coloring and cutting my hair. I decided to give the salon a try since I just moved back to CT and was intrigued by the review written by another customer. The other reviewer said that only old people were at the salon. She was completely WRONG! It is a salon that has been in business for over 50 years and the stylists all do an excellent job. Patty is fabulous. I have been to salons alll over the US and even though this is not a 5th Avenue NYC salon, they do a fabulous job with a lot lower price point! I would highly recommend!

We are new to the area and my husband and I both received hair care there. I received a cut, style, and highlights and he received a haircut. My actual service was ok, and the hairdresser was nice...just a little outdated I would say. The place didn't have any real privacy and there were hoards of old people around, I don't even think half of them were actually getting anything done I think they just come to talk and hang out and comment on people's hair. If you are younger than 30, I don't think you would feel at home here--akward!!! If you are 30 to 40 it depends on your personal style I think, more traditional people may find it acceptable. I don't have anything against old people, I will be one soon, but if you are spending money it's good to know what to expect.
