Pruven had a great, spacious,easy to find location with a 4wd dyno. I went there for some tuning. I dropped my car off the night before, and the one of the guys were cool enough to pick me up from the train station. I had a boost leak that they were nice enough to fix for me at no additional cost. After I watched the dyno pulls, they provided me with the dyno sheets, and explained everything to me. They answered all of my questions...and I haven't had any problems with my car since! I also thought it was cool that they called me a week later to see how the car was doing. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I bought my first car here and it was a joy! I found my dream car, A 2000 Black Jeep Grand Cheerokee, and my salesman gave my family an excellent price on the car. The salseman (I think his name was Mike) never pushed us into anything we wouldn't want to see and listened to our needs and wants. He, as well as the rest of the staff, was very friendly and helpful in the purchase of this car. I would reccommend to anyone!

Really quick, really reliable tow service. Accepts most automobile towing plans. Multiple drivers are on all day and all night so if you are ever stranded with a broken down car, or a flat tire, this is the tow company to call. The drivers know what they are doing and are easy to work with. This is your tow company.

I've been going there for over 10 years and was more than satisfied with their selection, quality, and perfection in their work. My friends and family all go there and have had the best experiences on both competition systems and normal stuff like I have. They really know their stuff!

I am wary of having my car serviced at dealerships after some recent problems. So, it was with great hesitation that I brought my car to Courtney Honda. I am pleased to report that my experiences thus far have been incredibly favorable. The service representatives are extremely friendly and truly eager to help you understand what is wrong with your car, and also how to best solve the problem. I typically have to hang around when I bring my car in, so the big screen TV in the waiting room is a plus (and complimentary donuts and coffee!) I feel that the services performed on my car have all been completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this location for auto service issues.

for regular maintenance of 3 vehicles, I would have to say they've tended to be competant and done what they said they'd do.
I can't speak to any other client's experience, but am a firm believer in being an educated consumer. I pre-diagnose all auto work I have done, and these guys have done a great job on at least 3 vehicles I've taken there.
In fact, one time I firmly believed that a repair was going to be major and they came back and showed me a small hose that had broken and replaced it for free while doing some other maintenance work.
Had I been certain other places, they would have gladly billed me for what I diagnosed and then perhaps not even found the real problem.
That's the kind of thing that earns my loyalty as a customer.
They do have some issues with speed at times (likely mostly due to staffing issues coupled with being very convenient to the Mall), but their prices tend to be much more reasonable and they seem to do the work they say they're going to do in a reasonable manner, so am willing to put up with occasional delays.

I purchased a certified pre-owned car from this dealership about 6 months ago. It was without doubt the best experience I??????ve had buying a car. The staff is very kind, very helpful, and very honest, and handled everything in a timely manner. They even brought me coffee when I was filling out paper work, how great is that! Anyways, the car was priced just under blue book price, they gave me an additional two year bumper to bumper warranty, and they even detailed it before I picked it up. My friends and family seriously thought this car was brand new even though it was five years old already. That was good enough for me, but then just last week I had to bring it in for a 35,000 mile check-up. This is when I was thoroughly impressed. They gave me a brand new loaner, a 2008 convertible, and when I say new I mean 400 miles on the odometer new! They gave me this car for three days, and then when my car was ready, they even washed it once the work was done! I heard of this dealership from a friend back when I was originally shopping around. She told me she heard from somewhere that this was rated as the best Saab dealership in the United States, and I can clearly see why. If you are looking for a new or used car, look no further. You??????ll get a great car and world class service to go along with it! Even if you live a fair distance away from this dealership like I do, make the trip! You won??????t regret a thing!

Dr. Nick's was recommended by a friend. These guys are car nuts and work on cars even on off hours. They took my car in and tested it throughout the day, since the transmission was not always giving it problems. Sure enough, they discovered the problem and diagnosed it correctly. Since my car is from 1999 and has 150,000 miles they gave me the pros and cons of rebuilding the transmission. I had them rebuild, it was in the ball park of other places with a guarantee. So far, no problems!

Like any other dealership they are trying to sell you the most expensive car for the most amount of money but once you get over this they are nicer than most dealerships and they are honest although very high priced in their repairs.
