All Seasons Heating & Cooling

I took original part for gas fireplace in for replacement. They gave me one and said it was the same and would work. The threads were off 32nd of an inch so it was not apparent to me when installing that it was wrong. Ultimately I broke it trying to install it based on the idea it was the right size and just needed to go in at the right angle. I called, told them what happened and that I had checked the size and it was wrong. I also told them I didn't think it was fair for it to cost them money but since I relied on their expertise would they be willing to only charge me their cost or discount the retail price I had paid. Their response was if I bought another one they would try to do something on the price of the second one. more

I called all seasons to come look at my furnace. He looked my furnace found a problem with my heat exchanger and told me I needed to buy a new furnace. He proceeded to try to sell me a furnace for $3100. He refused to even trouble shoot my original issue. I called Wild's plumbing, heating and cooling to check prices. They offered the same furnace at $2100. I called all seasons back up and told them I found a lower price and they decided they could lower there price to $2850 for me. I eventually called Wild's back. They asked what type I had and proceeded to tell me that my Bryant furnace was still under warranty and replaced my heat exchanger for free and also solved my other issue I was having. It was possible I got a poor technician but I wouldn't recommend calling all seasons heating and cooling. They weren't very helpful and tried to up sell there furnaces. more

Once we decided to get central air, we called all seasons, they came out, showed us our options, gave us an estimate, and gave us an install date. It was so simple, it took a matter of less than an hour. They came out the day they said they would and installed it. We havent had a problem with it yet, they did a great job on out AC. more
