This place installed our starter without the shims. When I asked about it the owner got really nasty and yelled and cussed me out. We drove the truck to another mechanic and sure enough, the shims were missing. Also, the starter was barely bolted in and it was luck that it didn't drop off on the highway. more

Executive Auto Repair 8/6/2005

I take my car to Executive, and they are wonderful. They treat me like a person, and they dont try to overcharge me because i'm a girl. They take awesome care of my car, they keep records of what I have had done, so they are up to date on everything. The people that work there are all really nice, they always say hi. more

Really friendly people, they don't try to charge you for something you don't. What they tell you they are going to do, thats what they do. They use quality parts, so they are reliable. Pricing is excellent, compared to other mechanics in the area. The turn around could be a little quicker, but its better than average. Very knowledgeable staff. more
