owner of said lawn mower is lucky that he owns just a lawn mower........how about buying a 15,000 tractor? lawn mowers are finicky little creatures that can be troublesome no matter who tries to fix them. proper maintenance of your lawn mower and tractor must be adhered too. if you don't know what you are doing then ask for help from a friend that knows his stuff. why? because you can screw up your engine what have you if you do the wrong things to upkeep it. once that happens then it is a crapshoot as far as trying to repair a bad engine that you contributed to its demise.
as far as warranty periods go you the owner should receive all that documentation when you buy the product. also, keep your records in a safe place and just don't leave it hanging around some place and
forget about it. carelessness causes most problems with almost any product, and if you are careless and not satisfied with how people repair stuff then you should think first what got you in this problem in the first place. most people, don't admit to their mistakes of judgement and are good at pointing the finger at others.
Pros: they come recommended by my friend and in law!

It is a tradition for us to go there after our annual fishing trip. We all look forward to it and even it we don't catch anything, we still know that we will have a great meal and wine at Alfredo's afterword. The Shrimp Alfredo cannot be matched anywhere! The bread is homeade and delicious and the wine is decent and you get a large glass for a reasonable price.

I have enjoyed riding my bike or driving over to this park in the spring and hiking the trails or sitting around on the grass or beach (not a real beach, but some sand next to a pond of sorts--odd, but kind of nice). The hiking trails provide nice scenery and good exercise. There are a couple of picnic tables, so pack some food and head over for an afternoon of eating and hiking. Swimming in the [very cold] stream is allowed, but I wouldn't do it.

Huge breakfast selection from normal diner breakfast to Irish bacon accompanied by eggs florentine. Gourmet menu has 26 choices. Excellent homemade bread sampler.
Lunch is huge. Steamed cheeseburgers, a local specialty with sweet potato french fries and homemade cole slaw. Always something to please.
College professors, Wesleyan students, celebrities and homeless are all part of the clientel.
Pros: innovative, friendly, moderate price

This is an all-vegetarian restaurant, with a heavy tilt towards organic/vegan foods. If that floats your boat you'll probably go here because it's one of the few choices in the area. That's what I did, as all-vegetarian restaurants aren't that common.
We were seated promptly despite it being a Friday night. This was a good thing. The waitress, however, was a bit different than the Maitre'd. She often disappeared for long stretches of time, and it took us quite a while to get our order in. Once I'd finished a pint I asked for a second; after fifteen minutes I'd nearly finished my food and told her that I'd cancel the pint as I'd nearly finished my meal. She breezed right past that comment. Later, when we asked about dessert she said she'd checked and they were out of the particular beer (the one I'd canceled).
Food was good, not spectacular, but the prices were higher than average. The check helpfully had the amount to tip - set at 20%. Not worth it.
We ordered an appetizer of dim sum, and it was quite good.The tofu cutlets were served up with green beans and mashed potatoes, like a traditional "American" meal. A veggie burger was obviously home-made, but stuck together well and came with sweet potato fries. The thai dish - something with noodles and peanut sauce - came with almonds and was what you'd expect.
Pros: They've got the market locked down on vegetarian cuisine in the area
Cons: Service wasn't attentive, very crowded

Preferred Walk-In Clinic has convenient hours and ample parking. The staff is a bit unfriendly and the space is slightly outdated, but the care is good an it's better than waiting at the ER on nights and weekends.
