WARNING: STAY AWAY 10/15/2011

Very rude salespeople. VERY SHADY selling damaged merchandise....found more the one chipped stone...which had been "hidden" under a prong......Scott Chalmers, the owner...is a rude man...would not make eye contact with me when I was in his store......hmmm, I wonder why??? Keep driving and go somewhere else is my best advice. more

The service is extremely friendly, very helpful, not pushy, and educational. They have a huge selection and spent a long time with my choosy husband. I got back every six months or so to have my rings cleaned and they were excellent about resizing/soldering them together. Highly recommended! more
