Having grown up in Middleboro, Reynolds was always a big part of life. On very special occasions, such as the prom or graduation, they put together really nice boutonnieres and corsages. They also put together nice arrangements for other types of occasions - stopping by to visit a friend, "get well soon", etc. Somehow, though, in my mind, Reynolds must to most of their business around prom time since every corsage or boutonniere that any of my family or friends ever bought or received seemed to come from this place! They also sell nice plants as well. It is really worth a visit, if you are in the market for nice arrangements, fresh flowers or beautiful plants! I believe their prices are not too expensive.

Maria's is a Hallmark Gold Crown Store. A great little shop. A few years ago a small bookstore was built next door - later it was merged into Maria's. It is one of the few remaining stores in our town center. All of the usual Hallmark items can be found here plus some gift items unique to our area.

Marias Card & Gift Shop is located in the center of town. It is a Hallmark Gold Crown Store that carries the full Hallmark line of cards and gifts. Here you can also find gifts tailored to the Middlboro area (cranberry scoops, Middlboro pottery etc.) You will also find a small bookstore and magazine section. The bookstore was originall a separate store called The Bookie... later Maria's bought it out, knocked down the wall and kept it as a small bookstore.

Chris B., of Christine's Fashions, is amazingly talented! My family and I have used her services over the years for many occassions - she made two prom dresses for me, one prom dress for my sister, my wedding dress, my bridesmaids' dresses and the mother of the bride dress for our wedding! It goes without saying that I have been very pleased with her services. She can either work with a pattern purchased from a fabric store, or she can alter a pattern to meet your individual needs. She is very patient and has really proven herself in my experience to be able to work with all types of fabrics and patterns - difficult or not. If you want a unique wedding, prom or other special occassion dress, Christine's Fashions is the way to go!
I highly recommend her!
