Ios has so much potential, but the owner is completely evil. Ladies, we can find cute dresses elsewhere. I bought a necklace there on Sunday made by Dogeared Jewelry. It's the cutest tiny skull with heart-shaped eyes. The chain broke when I went to put it on at home the first time. That's what I'd call defective, right? So I returned over lunch today (Wednesday) and the male owner came out, heard my story, looked through his remaining necklaces and not finding another silver chain said he could give me store credit. Well, I want the necklace, I just don't want a broken necklace. I suggested a compromise - half of my money back so I could buy another chain. He said he would only accept the returned necklace for store credit or nothing. I didn't find that to be fair and suggested that not standing behind his merchandise was perhaps not the best way to build a loyal customer base. He THREW the box at me and said tell anyone I want. So I'm telling you. If you'd like to support an evil man's business, spend your money here. Otherwise, note the designer and find the same item for 20% less online. I wish I had. Pros: Nothing makes buying from a bad person OK Cons: Horrible owner
