I had a nasty leak under my Maytag dishwasher, so I called Miami Appliance Repair based on their reviews. I was a bit miffed that they wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone but had them come over anyway. Miami Appliance Repair made an appointment for 2:30 pm (I called them at 8 a.m. the same day) and they arrived early. The technician was very nice and quoted me a very reasonable price once he inspected it and determined what the problem was with my dishwasher problem. He fixed everything

They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We've had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didn’t know what was going on. Anyway, the Miami Appliance Repair technician who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed my refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect. A good appliance repair man is something everybody who owns a place is going to need sooner or later. I was getting tired and frustrated flipping through the yellow pages to find someone who wouldn’t rip me off because my oven wasn’t heating properly. Luckily I had a friend who had referred me to Miami Appliance Repair. She got the name from a referral from her friend that certainly is how good business spreads around! I called them at 8.30 a.m. and they told me that the technician would be at my house the same day between 2-4 p.m. The technician call me 15 minutes before he showed up as I requested and went straight to diagnosing the problem. Even though it was built in, he had to take out the oven because he needed to access it from the back. I was scared when he told me that he had to take out my built-in oven because the house was built in the 1940s, but when he was done it looked like it had never been removed. He was here for an hour and a half and only charged me $150! He was extremely honest and told me like it was without any fluff. He's not in it to gain extra money by doing things that are not necessary. I will use him from now on and refer him to anyone needing oven or any kitchen appliance repair needs for a reasonable price! Roger D. Olympia Heights, FL 33165
