Thank you for a "5" STAR job! I was totally pleased with every aspect of the move. Moving from a "4" floor walk-up on Miami!,was overwhelming to say the least, I reserved the necessary space for their truck, but some idiot parked in it, unfortunately the men had to parked further down the hill, making it much more difficult. They completed the job on time, at the price quoted with professionalism and positive attitude. Moving is stressful and emotional, these men couldn't have been better, no matter what problem John, the leader, Alex & George handled it. Thank you all for a job well done. I have since suggested the company to several of my friends with great results.

Thank you for a "5" STAR job! I was totally pleased with every aspect of the move. Excellent job! Our movers were fast, efficient and we would recommend Miami Movers to anyone who needs to move. They have the best prices in town (at least that I found) and what we were most impressed with is every mover we have had with M Movers has really known what they were doing. This was our second time moving with M Movers and both times we had an excellent experience. Thanks for the great job and thanks to our movers Dick, Jeff and Jack! I will call them anytime I need to move...... which is hopefully not anytime soon. lol

After reporting my experience with BetterBusinessBureau, I looked into there 5 star rating and over 30+ reviews. 90% of them are written with a heading “fake negative reviews from our competitors” and meanwhile each time they post they give themselves 5 stars… I’m not their competitor I’m a highly dissatisfied customer that relied on the excellent ratings and the number of happy clients without checking any… Manager recorded the wrong date of a merchandise pick up. When on site called to confirm and once notified that this is the wrong date, picked up the merchandise anyway without authorization. Once it was in there hands, they informed that now we owe them twice the amount since they will have to make two trips instead of one. Also their web site has very helpful information on how to get prepared for the move and what to expect and a check list of important things to do and remember.
