When fired for not showing up they refused to refund the money. They charged the credit card and have refused to refund it. The bank is investigating them and I will complain to the Consumer Protection Agency. Never USE THIS NORTH MIAMI CROOKS !!!!!!!!!, They think they are the ones that make the appointmest to move people whenever they decide and by the way, don't accept cancellations..... This company has a very POOR customer service, incompetent staff, we were charged extra $475 for their fault, the owner himself is RUDE and YELLS at customer and doesnt know how to handle escalated customers, the staff barely speaks/understands english, and doesnt take good care of your belongings. They delivered our stuff with missing parts, furniture all scratched up, and my 4-in-1 printer is completely broken. They have POOR communication between departments and have no contact numbers for their drivers. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AUTHORIZED MOVERS TO ANYBODY!. Take you business somewhere else..
