DO NOT USE YOUR SERVICE 4/15/2015

I wish give you zero star. I just bought a house and the seller used their service. After I moved in and the insurance found some holes on (about 4 pieces) the roof. I called and Josh Martin(the person who did for the seller) told me that was from the 'old' roof and not whatever he did for them. I told him there are some pieces when he left on the garage and he can use. He told me there will be $350.00 the labor put those 4 pieces on the roof. This is ridiculous. I talked to several people. I will NOT recommend this company to any one. Also when I called the customer service(Lori) kept cough during the call I felt sorry but I also felt rude. She did not apologized even when I comment to her. more

From the first time you call for an estimate, to the Repairman and Salesman who come to fix your roof, you'll always receive polite professionalism. Always pleasant to deal with.
