i called rudys plumbing to repipe my house due to lo water pressure. I asked up front if all plumbers who worked for them were licenesed journeymen due to the rash of unlicesed plumbers out there today! Was insured all the company's plumbers were licesened until i asked to see the license of the plumber on the job!Much to my suprise the plumber refused to show me his certification and was told they do not have to carry it with them. Wich i found out shortly was a LIE!!! which made me very upset. Also jason said that the bid price offered was to do the job without a permit because permits cost more money!!! All together Very shadey buisness practices not to be trusted!!! After i told a few friends of this incident i found that was standard buisness practices as the were talked out of permits as well!!! Take your chances if your housi isnt the most important investment you have!!

I was surprised to see negative feedback for Rudy's Plumbing. I lived in the Seattle area for a very long time. I called on Rudy's for all my plumbing needs. They're courteous, dependable and honest. I would recommend Rudy's to anyone looking for plumbing assistance, whether it be a large job or a small one... Expect to get high quality work at a fair market price!

Rudy's represented that a qualified worker would do our job- but an hour into the project, the trained plumber left and an inexperienced worker ultimately made a significant mistake causing major damage to our heating system. Rudy's not only disclaimed responsibility - and didn't even care enough to send someone to assess or repair the damage. We hired another contractor on an emergency basis. When we contacted Rudy's to ask them to step up to their responsibility, they threatened us. However, they never asked for payment. If you deal with them, make sure you get a written estimate, a complete job description and a commitment as to the experience level of the plumber who will be on the job.

Rudy's appears not to need any new business. I called to inquire about plumbing service. I asked for a rough guesstimate, and they asked me to send a fax of the work I wanted done. I did so, and I never heard anything back. Follow up calls produced no result, either. My project may have been small, but I expect a good business to respond promptly and courteously, regardless of the size of the project.
