Terrible service and overpriced for what you get. They never fill your yogurt cup for the size you pay for. Basically you pay for a large and get the equivalent of a small at a competitor's location. They have such high turnover that the staff doesn't care about working there. And the flavors never change. Very unexciting

Great interior space, excellent service, consistently well-executed food, and a solid wine list. Exceptional service. We recently had our anniversary dinner there. The duck was juicy, tender. We were seated promptly and great house wine. Our friends came later to join us and a table was set up right away. The food came promptly. The atmosphere was a real French Bistro without flying to France. Tasty wine. Tasty food. More than satisfying portions.

We just returned from Stanford's Admit Weekend where we dined at Trellis on each of the four nights of our stay. The first night we ate at Trellis because it was our favorite restaurant from our first visit to Stanford. We continued to dine each evening at Trellis as we could not imagine finding a better dining experience.
Every course of every meal that we and our guests had at Trellis was excellent. The prices were more than reasonaable including the wine. The owner, Kurt, knew many of his customers and treated everyone as special. It was fun to watch Kurt expertly play the crowd and attend to his customers that he so obviously values.
If you want exceptionally prepared food, served with pride at reasonable prices and to be treated like "royalty", then Trellis is the restaurant for you.

I love Togos. I love the turkey and avocado sandwich (which is somehow sometimes not on the menu. Ask for it!). This is a fine location and the service is fast and the sandwiches are almost always good. I would say that the neighborhood maybe isn't the best. It's fine safety-wise during the week because a lot of people from the industrial complexes come by, but I had some bad experiences on the weekend where I was harassed by people hanging out outside. Maybe just avoid it then.
