Natalie Salon takes walk ins for all of their services. I've never had to wait long for a manicure, pedicure, or waxing, They are good in a crunch for a last minute event. However, they go too quickly and the manicure/pedicure doesn't last. As for waxing, it will work in a pinch and they won't mess up your eyebrows, but it won't be the best. I've also had eyelash tinting and the women didn't know what she was doing. The dye stung my eyes, she didn't get all the lashes and she didn't leave it on long enough. My final comment... if you need it quick and last minute Natalie Salon will get the job done, but if you have time find a quality salon that will take their time and give you 100%

I swore I would not go back to this place! Well I did because my daughter went to use a gift card someone gave her. I asked for pariffin during my pedicure, the girl had no idea what I was saying! (thank goodness she didn't after was all said and done!) The pedicure was rushed, the girl hurt my toes, the massage was not massage at all! I was sitting there truly missing my regular salon! She didn't offer any kind of design at all, when she saw that I had one when she removed the old color. There was nothing special put on my feet when she used the stone for the dry skin. I was done within 30 min!!! The water in the tub was scolding HOT and she didn't even ask me if it was OK! Couldn't she feel it???? I was not offered anything to drink. I waited for my daughter for 40 minutes, I had bumped my big toe on their table in front and the polish was not even dry yet? Well I believe the co-owner was more worried about the polish getting on her table, than my toe getting messed up. The girl did fix the toe. Everytime I have gone in there THEY ASK FOR CASH FOR TIPS!!! How rude is that??? The prices are too high for what you get! I will NEVER go back and I won't allow my daughter ever to either!

I had a horrible experience at Natalie when I had my first bikini wax there. I suffered the most terrible reaction to the wax they used and had a 'bikini area' the size of a grapefruit for a week. I had told them before my visit that this was my first time, but they did not do a test patch as I was told by a friend afterwards many salons do. When I complained to Natalie herself, she accused me of lying about the issue, only gave me a partial refund (that stood in no comparison to the pain I was in for more than a week) and was not willing to consider doing a test patch on first-time clients who come for a bikini wax. Also, when paying for a facial once I was asked by the co-owner how much I would like to tip Natalie (one of the owners who gave me the facial) - but since when do you need to tip the owner? A friend of mine was likewise asked to tip the owner. All in all, I *strongly* advise against going to Natalie. I will play safe and next time visit a salon that cares about its clients. I had no idea what could go wrong at an ordinary salon visit before I went to Natalie's salon!

This salon has a comfortable clean atmosphere, a friendly staff that does a good job, and reasonable prices. I've noticed that a lot of the clientele tends to be mother/ daughter combos. All of the pedicure chairs have full massage features and the waxing room in the back is very professional and private. they also have a small hair salon, but I've never used those services. Walk-ins are readily accepted, but I tend to call an hour or so ahead and schedule a last minute appointment just to ensure that I don't have to wait. PROS: Professional atmosphere, reasonable prices CONS: none

I hate when hair dressers don't listen and really hate when they can't imagine a woman who wants to have short hair without looking like a man. After attempting an explanation three times, I still couldn't convince my stylist that I neither wanted a simple man's hair cut nor wanted to grow it long. I ended up with a mullet-type cut which, after a little work, I could salvage by making it look as if I had had no hair cut at all. It's a cute place with friendly people, but I would only recommend it if you aren't looking for anything that requires a good sense of style.
