I’ve always been very happy with the service I get at Bach’s. The staff is very knowledgeable about their cameras, friendly, and willing to listen to you and help you out. Of course, you are probably going to pay the full retail price, and not get the price cut that sometimes comes along with purchasing at a “big-box” store, but sometimes good service is worth it. They also have a lot of specialty camera and film items that aren’t carried at those “big-box” stores.
A while back, I had an SLR that wasn’t working properly, and I took it in to another camera store in Medford, and they basically dismissed me, said that it was too old and not worth repairing, I would just have to buy another camera, and didn’t even look at it. I went to Bach’s, they asked me how long it had been since I changed the battery, popped a new battery in, and it was fine! They’re just willing to take the time, which I really appreciate.

They are great at making keys for you unlocking your house for you or making a knew key for your car doors if you should break the key in the key hole. They will go out of there way and go were ever you are and will make you a key on the spot and dig the piece out of the key hole as well. Excellent customer service, one of the best.
