NO hi speed internet access. How tough is it to add a wireless router?? Additionally ... I Requested: Non-smoking room w/King bed. I Recieved: Smoking room w/2 Queen beds. Plus ... The TV remote did not have a number pad, which makes channel surfing painful. The TV remote had dead batteries The beds were hard The bath towels were "scratchy". I could have handled all of this if only someone representing this hotel would have just SMILED and acted like they CARED. What can I say, I'm sensitive? If you have your heart set on a Holiday Inn Express I would recommend the building 10 miles South in Ashland, OR. Pros: Excersise room, Close to Food, Close to shopping Cons: In-room amenities
