How many doctors today spend time answering your questions without looking at their watch? Dr. Reich spends ample time serving your eye-care needs in a friendly, warm manner. Her office staff are hard-working and patient. Her office manager is especially friendly and comfortable to be around. Not what you would expect from a mall location. The Dr. and her staff have given 100% and made my visits a pleasure.

I have been wearing contact lenses for over 14 years and this is the only time that I have been told that a) there would be an $80 "fitting fee" and b) that they would not be giving me a trial pair of lenses to wear home. In my experience contact lens exams usually run about $98, and they give out a free pair of trial lenses to get you through until you purchase lenses. I feel that this place is really trying to stick it to the public.

I had an eye prescription in my purse and as I was in the Rogue Valley Mall walking past Bionyon's I noticed the sign outside the door advertising their eyeglass specials. It was a Sunday and the exam office was closed, but there were three or four staff members available to help customers. I was just browsing at the different eye frames and decided to try some on. There was a continuous stream of customers coming in and out for help and still one of the staff kept taking time out to answer my questions and supply me with much needed help picking out frames. My prescription is strong and bifocals, and while I thought I might like rimless frames she pointed out that they would not help in hiding the thickness of the lenses as would other frames. She said and helped my pick out frames as I kept trying on pair after pair. I ended up purchasing my eyeglasses here. They had many designer frames sitting on tables situated down the middle of the store....and many others lined up against the walls. They can have some glasses ready in an hour....but my prescription was such that it needed to be ordered and would arrive in about 10 days. The selling point for me was the customer service. They also offer a cleaning solution in a small spray bottle, cleaning cloth and larger bottle of the solution to replace in the small spray bottle. When the large bottle runs out.....you can bring it in and they will refill it for you no charge for life.
