Airport Chevrolet helped make the long, tedious, and stressful process of buying a car much easier and simplier. I found a high quality, great car at a great price that I got even lower after some bargining! I must also say, they had a great selection of cars , everything from trucks to mini-vans. But, be careful, their car parts that they sell inside the store are way too expensive! Also, their employees can be a little competitive and overwhelming, trying to get you to choose a better, more expensive car. No loopholes or scamming here, just a simple, easy used car dealership!

We bought our last car from Southern Oregon Subaru. We were very stressed trying to find the right car at the right price. We ended up buying a used van from this dealer. They worked with us on the price and the salesman even drove out to our home so my wife could sign the final paper. We would not hesitate in buying another car from them. We felt that we got a good deal.

THEY SAID THEY HAVE ONE ON ANOTHER LOT AND COULD HAVE IT THERE FOR HER TO SEE IN ABOUT AN HOUR. HER AND HER MOTHER BOTH WERE WANTING TO GET NEW VEHICLES SO THEY CAME BACK TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD TO OFFER. SHE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AND THEY QUOTED HER $14,OOO.OO WITHOUT A TRADE IN. SHE THANKED THEM BUT SAID SHE WANTED TO THINK ABOUT IT. TUESDAY SHE CALLED THEM AND LET THEM KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY SHE HAD BUT SHE WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT TRADING IN HER OLDER TOYOTA. THEY ASSURED HER THAT THEY WOULD GIVE HER TOP DOLLAR FOR HER CAR IF SHE BOUGHT THE JEEP. HER AND HER MOTHER BOTH LEFT WORK ALMOST THREE HOUR EARLY AND DROVE AN HOUR (ROUND TRIP) SOTHEY COULD GO DRIVE THE JEEP AND SEE WHAT THE FINAL DOLLAR AMOUNT WAS GOING TO BE. AFTER DRIVING IT SHE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT AND WOULD HAVE PAID THE WHOLE $14,000.00 EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T WANT HER CAR. SHE ASKED THEM WHAT THEY WOULD GIVE HER FOR HER CAR AND THEY LEFT HER AND HER MOTHER SITTING THERE FOR AND HOUR AND A HALF WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO THEM. WHEN THEY CAME BACK THEY TOLD HER WITH THE TRADE IN OF HER CAR (WHICH THEY VALUED AT $500.00) SHE COULD HAVE THE JEEP FOR ONLY $15,000.00. TO ME IT SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO SCAM A VERY SWEET YOUNG LADY OUT OF AN EXTRA $1,500.00. IF THEY HAD BEEN HONEST AND TREATED THE WOMEN RIGHT IT'S POSSIBLE THEY COULD HAVE SOLD THE JEEP TO MY FRIEND AND A TRUCK TO HER MOM. IN THE CASE OF DOLLAR GMC IN MEDFORD I TRUELY BELIEVE THAT THE GMC STANDS FOR GIP MORE CUSTOMERS. THEY WERE TOTALY OFFENDED ON HOW THEY WERE TREATED SO THEY GOT UP AND WALKED OUT THE DOOR. AFTER THEY STARTED WALKING OUT THE DOOR THE MANAGER DECIDED TO GO BACK TO HIS ORIGINAL OFFER BUT AT THAT POINT IT WAS TOO LATE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM DOLLAR GMC AND I WILL TELL OTHERS ABOUT THEIR UNETHICAL DEALINGS. BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!
