I would not take my automobile to anyone else in Medford Oregon. Ken was honest and told it like it was. His guys made mistakes once in a while but I can tell you, Mr Ken Scales always made it Right without hesitation.
I moved from Medford to Phoenix Arizona and had a hard time finding a shop with the same work ethic,skills and honesty as Ken Scales Automotive.

Black Bird is a great standby for outdoor gear, camping equipment, and other useful items. I remember when they used to carry horse equipment, which I think they should bring back. Black Bird has very reasonable prices, and it has a nice old fashioned air to it. This is the place to buy Girl and Boy Scout equipment. A Medford Classic!

We bought our last car from Southern Oregon Subaru. We were very stressed trying to find the right car at the right price. We ended up buying a used van from this dealer. They worked with us on the price and the salesman even drove out to our home so my wife could sign the final paper. We would not hesitate in buying another car from them. We felt that we got a good deal.

Batteries Plus is a small store that offers a wide variety of batteries and computer parts. I went to them asking a few basic questions, but their very unknowledgeable staff reccomended me the wrong product and I ended up having to return it! Their store is small and so crowding is a problem too. Finally, the product they do sell there, batteries, doesn't allow for frequent visits to their store. While they do offer computer parts, most are used and in poor condition, but overall, they barely have any parts, so, don't expect to find what you're looking for.
PROS: If you need Batteries, this is the place.
CONS: Unknowledgeable Staff, Lowsy Computer Section
