This past Friday afternoon I went to look at some local daycare centers and talk with parents whom have children there. We went at the end of the day to view cleanup process to makesure this would be a healthy enviornment for pre-schoolers. Well the staff does not follow proper cleaning practices at the end of each day the teacher or assistant is suppose to wipe down the play mats/nap time mats and soak the toys in a bleach/water solution for a few minutes to kill germs. I asked about that and was told they only do that once per week. That along with the cases of reoccuring pink eye and ring worms that seem rampat there. Very lazy staff what a bad experince this left plus the way they make the driver of the school buses owned by Little Red Schoolhouse take 6-8 kids out to the van alone with no help and no help in the am unloading the kids. That is just a danger waiting to happen.

Camp Six Acres is located at 475 Winthrop St in Medford MA 02155 This will be there 47th season offering summer daytime camp for children. Ages are 6-13 and have lots of fun things to do all summer long. There is Red Cross Certified swimming in the new ingound pool,great during the hot humid summer days. They play sports at the park located right next to the Temple. One added plus for parents whom need to work long hours is they offer extended hours from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. The staff to children ratio is small so the children get more one on one attention. There is always an end of the summer kids carnival with a moon bounce and BBQ

Teenagers whom have gone here have a great experience and are taught how to drive well and how to check the insides of the car engine as well. The women in the class get a hands on lesson in how to do routine car checks, from learning were the car's gas tank is located to how to pump gas at the service station,how to check the oil levels,water level etc. Everything under the hood is explain in great detail to all students.

These people volunteer there time and effort to making sure the people of Medford have the chance to see several music and play productions each year at the Medford Chevalier Theater. The Mystic players are people of all ages whom one day dream of making it big in Hollywood. The shows they put on are all ways a hit and the price per ticket is usually just ten dollars plus they offer senior citizen discounts and family discounts. The talent of these people doing shows is great. The costumes are brightly colored and fashionable they always stay on budget in the costume department. They are all happy doing what they love to do. There best production each year is the famous. Always a hit near the holidays and always a great show. These group of people that make up the Mystic Players are so nice and jolly. They will always make you laugh and keep you coming back for more and for years.

Tufts University really has it all. They offer top-notch academics and research programs as well as a tremendous list of social, service, and sports activities. Tufts is situated on the Medford/Somerville line. The campus is beautifully maintained, with manicured lawns, age-old oaks and elms, and seasonal gardens.
