Stay away from this practice if you can't abide rude office staff. The practice manager terminates patients whose parents question the after-hrs phone charges. The docs used to be excellent, but the practice has grown so large, that they have begun to do things like prescribe antibiotics over the phone rather than make appointments for actual examinations.

My sister in law got a letter in the mail stating that she was no longer welcome to bring her kids back simply because they thought there was "philosophical differences between her and the drs!!!! And this is ONLY because she asked about vaccination schedules for her children!!!! She tried to CALL several times to discuss this letter with the drs ,only to be called back by the EXTREMELY rude receptionist and was lied to by her as well!!

We love our kid's ped group. We have never had to wait after out appointment time to be seen. And you don't feel like they are rushing through your appointment. We usually see Dr. Setzer and I would reccomend her to anyone, she is a great & caring doctor. And makes the children feel comfortable around her. I hope we never have to change practices!

Highly regarded and respected pediatric group with offices in Camp Hill (Cedar Cliff/Carlisle Road) and Mechanicsburg (off Wertzville Road). Love the practice - have always been there to work with you. Doctors have excellent bedside manner with the children. The only negative (for those on the East Shore) is that they no longer maintain an East Shore office, but both West Shore offices are in close proximity to the East Shore.
