I had interviewed several contractors for a complete outside home renovation roofing, siding and new windows. I choose Mountain because they were very knowledgable, and informative. They did a great job, everything went off without a hitch, in a very timely, professional manner. Every phone call to there office was immediately returned, and handled in a professional and courtesy manner. I am now having my kitchen remodeled, and Mountain Construction will be doing that also. It's wonderful to find a good quality contractor that can be trusted. thanks lucille

My dad hired Mountain Construction to install a new roof on his home. The House has a large complicated roof system. He had four bids and he selected Mountain.My dad is a senior and very independent. the job was done in a timely and professional manner. The owner of Mountain Construction was very responsive to me and my dad though out the entire process. The following year I hired them to do the roof on our home, the job was perfect and they were a pleasure to deal with. Since then my two neighbours and four other family and friends have used Mountain and all had there roofs/siding done without a negative. their entire staff was pleasant and very helpful. Two years after the roof was complete at a friends house they called Mountain Construction to report what looked like a shingle sticking up. The following day a repair man came fixed the problem shingle. My friend told me there was no charge and they even called the following day to see if he was happy. I would recommend this company to anyone........MD

We hired Mountain Construction to redo our roof and gutters. We were told it would be a 3 day job - the fiasco lasted over a month. The first day of construction I was asked to be there so I could approve any extra wood needed (also in the contract)-- I stayed home from work, but nobody ever asked me to approve anything (however they charged me for extra wood) The second day the workers left without finishing (which was fine) however they didn't tarp the area and it rained (as predicted) and leaked into our storage area. I left 5 messages and didn't hear back, finally on the following Monday I spoke with Pearl (the rudest receptionest I have ever encountered) she had Anthony call me back and he promised to come see the damage the next evening at 7:30pm. He never showed up and never responded when we called to inquire why. Finally when work began again... trash was left everywhere... we picked up a shopping bag full of nails after they claimed to have cleaned up. They knocked out our Direct TV the day before Thanksgiving (I called and after another 'lovely' call with Pearl, a two very nice men helped fix it) Later they told me the work was done, however they never put gutter guards on... finally the job was done about 2 months after the start (or so I thought) A couple weeks ago a man comes to my door at 9am. I alone with a newborn, not expecting a man in a truck, did not answer the door. He got out a ladder and started banging away on our roof. I looked out another window and saw Mountain Construction on the side of the truck and promptly called them. Pearl had no idea why he was there - then called back and tried to explain, in her very rude way, that they were doing us a favor because GAF inspected the roof and said that we should have a ridgevent installed (which we requested and paid for already) and that is what the man was doing.
