Best in Matawan does not nearly describe the atmosphere at Peter Conte's. Since the move into the new building, the services have just gotten better and better. I am always at ease and relaxed there. I have never stayed with one stylist for more than 2 visits, until now. I have been going there for over 3 years now and always will. The title of "2006 Salon of the Year" is very much deserved. I highly recommend Peter Conte's for anything from nail services to facials and massages to a basic haircut.

They know how to pamper you at this day spa. Massages and facials are great. very friendly relaxing atmosphere without being too pretentious. Prices are reasonable. You will leave feeling very refreshed and pampered. Appointments are necessary but they will accept walk-ins for small things like a quick manicure if they are not too busy. Their pedicures will leave your feet feel like you are walking on a cloud! highly recommended.

This is a great day spa, very friendly staff. The services are reasonable and they offer a wide variety of beauty treatments. My favorite is the European Facial and the Stone Treatment. Makes me feel like a new woman after I leave the spa! My husband knows to get me a gift certificate every year for my birthday. Highly recommend.
