Bland and overpriced food. The menu is completely average and boring. The atmosphere is non-existent. With a name like Mike's Firehouse Grill you'd expect a hip urban feel or something to do with an old Firehouse. Instead what we get is closer to a hotel banquet room. The service is unprofessional and a bit on the low class side. It's not the professional wait staff you would get at a fine restaurant. The food is pretty much bar food slightly dressed up. Once again this Mason restaurant seems to do some business in the evenings, but if you're looking for something the least bit interesting in decor or food go someplace else.

Mike's Firehouse Grill in Mason is a great family restaraunt. They have a wonderful atmosphere that is great for all ages. They have a wide variety of selections on their menu and everything that I have eaten there has been absolutely delicious. This restaraunt offers a different alternative than your normal family chain restaurants and provides just as good or better meals.
