Delivery can be slow when they are busy so call way in advance.
Heard they are going to have some seats outside! Yippee!!!

Italian Villa has good pizza but they have went down in quality since they got a new owner. The food is generally good especially if the one lady that has worked there for a long time is the one cooking. The prices are competitive and you get what you pay for. They recently added Turkey Hill iced tea and ice cream on to their menu.

Ok. Am such a fan of Marco's. I llove their pizza! You can have it made any which way...crispy, doughy, cheesy. Marco and Rob (small guy who is new) make it the best!! Friday nights are always busy so expect to wait for delivery.
Marco's sister works Friday nights and she is really nice. Atmosphere is good for family dining and love that you can get a cold beer with that pizza and sit for hours.
BEST KEPT SECRET.....ask for something called zepoli's...its a dessert that is perfect for the end of a meal and it's not on the menu. (cinnamin, sugar fried dough!)

Youndt's deli is a very good local deli. It carries lunch meats and soups and also has drinks and sandwiches. They are located on Market Street in Marietta and they are a wonderful local business. They are not that expensive but they can be a little more expensive than some of the grocery stores. They have great macaroni salad and potato salad.

Before the new owner came in the food was excellent. The new owner came and changed the menu and it's barely even French anymore. They don't have any of the good sauces that they used to use. The servers are good though. The prices are high, and I would recommend many places before this one.

While they're not short on dime-a-dozen chain restaurants, York and Lancaster have just a small handful of respectable, unique, "night out" eateries. This is definitely one of them. Josephine's is a bit off the beaten track, (about ten minutes from route 30) but well worth the effort. The restaurant is an old house that has been refurbished beautifully. It maintains the charm and feel of a bygone era edifice, but fortunately lacks the dank, dirty feeling so many poorly restored buildings have. The dining area is small, but the tables are sufficiently spaced to allow for a measure of privacy. The low lighting accents the dark woods well, and the country decore is simple without going over the top. Josephine's menu is subject to frequent change, but always has a good selection of meats and vegetables that will probably allow everyone to find something to their liking. I've been several times and neither I nor my companions have had anything that wasn't well-above average to, most often, outstanding. Generally, there are a few french favorites and some more inventive concoctions. The dessert selection has been very good, and the quality is outstanding. Perhaps the best thing about Josephine's is the price. For a relatively high-end meal, you can expect to spend only a few more dollars than you would for a run of the mill chain steakhouse. For busy times or weekends, get a reservation. I think this is one of the best four or five restaurants I've tried in the York/Lancaster area.

Herr's has been in business since I was a child. It has just about everything you could ever need from diapers to a hot food bar. They also sell lottery tickets and gas as well. In a pinch this is a great store to stop in and grab whatever it is you may need.

Anytime I need a cup a hot coffee Sheetz has a clean reliable self serve area for coffee lovers. The store is clean, staff friendly...food to order is always good and made how you would like it. Gas prices are usually low to moderate to other stations around. Donuts are expensive, and not always so good. The cookies and cinnamon rolls are fairly good! Overall a good place to stop for gas, coffee, snacks, newspapers, lottery tickets...
