I went to this salon as a drive by customer. The salon is very trendy, everyone wearing black. I felt old and I am 32. My haircut cost $65 before tip and I wasn't that impressed. It is a nice place but I probably won't return. Too pricy.

They have so many things you can get done there it is rediculous. Plus, if you buy one of their gift cards for either $99, $199, or $299 you get a free spa service. You can use the gift card to pay for your visit plus you get another free gift. I like that they have seperate colorist and stylist so they can really specialize in their trade. Plus they have awesome spa services. I have had a facial, body scrub and the hydrotherapy tub there. I highly recommend the body scrub.

I decided to try Three 13 during my last pregnancy for a prenatal massage. A friend had had a massage and loved it. I enjoyed the massage but I wouldn't say I loved it. I also had some waxing sone and they did a great job on that. The salon is a little too hip for me. The music is loud and the employees seem to be looking down their nose at you.

After a mediocre experience at another hair salon, I was hesitant to try another 'high-end' salon. I was quite happy with my experience here! They were warm and friendly and my cut was great! They really listened to what I wanted and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They recommended [roducts, but didn't pressure me into buying. Although they're very busy, I felt like the most important client to my stylist. I really enjoyed my experience and I'll be back!
