I took a $7000 appraised diamond to kaminskis, square, wanted to trade it for round, they told me my diamond was flawed and of poor quality, they gave me a much smaller diamond, round but of "better" quality. I took this diamond to a jeweler who told me that it was so flawed, he couldn't even buy it from me. He showed me what to look for in a diamond, showed me a quality diamond and then showed me the one I got from Kaminskis. I called to talk to the manager, she hung up on me. I will never do business with them again.

My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas. Since my other one was too large for my ring finger which is a small five and a half he decided to get it sized. It took them ten days to size my very small ring and after only having it for a week my rings stones are coming out of place. This is a side effect from improper sizing. I am very disappointed.

I went to the store looking to have the outside of a diamond watch cleaned. After asking a few questions about the methods of cleaning, the jewelry repairman told me I could clean the watch myself. He then called me "boy" and pointed me to the door. I guess the only thing more disturbing than this, is the owner was sitting almost in between myself and him. To my surprise she didn't do or say anything. Never again will I go back.

My husband and I have been looking to upgrade my wedding set for about six months now and we were exaughted from feeling hasseled by every jewelry store we went to. It seems like every place we went to around the Marietta/Atlanta area pressured us to buy by trying to attract us to deals we just could not turn down! I heard about Kaminski Jewelry and decided to give it one last try. I went in there with my husband one day dressed in just jeans and a T-shirt, mainly planning on just browsing their selection. One of the sales ladies sat down with us and started showing us the diamond wedding ring selections.I asked her to also show us some solitaire princess cut diamonds at about a carat as well. She took her time and even went through the scale on which diamonds are rated to educate me on what I was looking to spend my money on. We ended up spending about an hour in the store and I had my heart set on a new white gold set with a 1.02ct princess cut stone. The whole time I felt like the saleslady really cared about what I was interested in and not what I was going to spend. My husband and I went home and thought about it, and the next day we came back and got the new set. I was able to trade in my old stone and set as well. They sized it and did an appraisal for free as well. After this experience I will loyally continue to do my shopping at Kaminski Jewelry.

After being a customer at Kaminski for years, I can honestly say I would not trust them as far as I could throw them. The qualify of their items is just horrible (I can find better made jewelry at Walmart!) and the attitudes of the staff? Goodness me. The "we are doing our best to cheat you" attitudes, particularly of the two buyers (a man and a young blond woman) have made me find a new jeweler. I would not recommend Kaminski to anyone, and recommend if you want to keep your jewelry in top qualify condition, that you keep it away from Kaminski.
