They "found" over $3,000 in extra repairs to bill to an extended warranty when I had a simple lock repair done.
I had a key fob reprogrammed and the next day my battery died. (One that they had put in 3 years earlier.)
Perhaps coincidental . . . but I don't have a high level of trust for service departments of dealerships.

The owner greeted us, the were no surprises in the pricing or the work done. The work done was efficient and reliable. It is the only repair shop I would personally recommend. Trust worthy and decent. Prices were quite reasonable.

I'd recommend him very highly and it seems the negative review
on this site, from years ago, should be removed. That was a different owner.

If its auto parts you need, this is certainly a great place to go! The staff was extremely helpful at helping me to find just the part I needed for my vehicle. And, to my surprise, the gentleman who was assisting me even offered to install the part for me! An overall great experience and much more cost effective than a trip to the mechanic.

There's nothing like the fear of a single female trying to pick out a good mechanic who won't take advantage of her under the hood ignorance. But on a friend's recommendation I went to Goodyear on Roswell Road. They were friendly, helpful, and prompt. My car was on the road and running shortly thereafter.
