The food is outstanding and very authentic. The restaurant is clean and very atmospheric. The staff is very friendly and service is excellent. The chips and salsa are always hot and fresh. The Chicken Mole enchiladas are delicious!

This is the newest of the Mexican restaurants in Maple Valley, but they have already earned their reputation as the best. I would not spend my money anywhere else for good Mexican food in town. Great place to relax, have a great meal, and sip a beer on the weekend. Definitely a good place to go after work on a Friday. I always am sure to fill up on chips and salsa, as they are served warm and fresh. The meal I usually have is Crab Enchiladas, which are always mouth watering.Plenty of room in the parking lot and a nice clean, new building.Reasonable prices will keep you coming back.

Mexican food in the area can be hard to come by. Hacienda Del Mar consistently delivers quality and food and service to my table. The chips and salsa before are always fresh and plentiful. The standard mexican staple entrees are always fresh and hot and portions are very generous. The place is impeccably clean and the wait staff is very attentive. If you like huevos rancheros they serve a good one here.
