Nicholson's is a mom store. It is the kinda place for a quick run in kinda think. i grow up with Nicholson's as a quick treat stop on the way home from somewhere. my dad would hand me the change from his pocket and i would get some penny candy.( can you believe it a place that still has penny candy.) and my dad would stop and talk to the owner. we don't stop as much as we use to. but it hasn't changed that much in 15 years. and penny candy is still at the coner.
